How do I know the weight and drape of a fabric?
We provide detailed descriptions for every product, including weight in GSM or ounces, and a specific 'drape' rating ranging from structured to fluid to help you choose the right fabric for your pattern.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and most international orders arrive within 7-15 business days.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Because our fabrics are cut to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your fabric arrives damaged or if there was an error in your order, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer individual swatches for most of our core and seasonal collections so you can feel the hand and see the color in person before committing to a full project.
Will my fabric come in one continuous piece?
Yes, all fabric orders are cut as one continuous length. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order in a single piece, we will contact you before shipping.
How should I care for my new fabrics?
We recommend pre-washing your fabric using the same method you plan to use for the finished garment to account for any potential shrinkage.
