Returns & Exchanges

At Blackbird Fabrics, we want you to love your materials, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. We offer returns on uncut, unwashed fabrics and notions within 30 days of delivery for store credit or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your uncut fabric and place it in its original packaging along with the packing slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
